Pangaea, a sales reporting and analytics tool: Developed new mulit-dimensional content sceme, refreshed interface design, added features to exisiting design. Worked with Product Managers and enginnering.
Asset management system: Created entire application interaction design and user experience from flow charts to interactive prototypes and final designs. Product was released ahead of schedule.
Account Plan Creator: Conducted user interviews and research. Designed application interaction and created clickable prototypes supporting rapid development.
GRM: Google's internal CRM product, redesigned homepage, which met goals of increased adoption and interaction with product. In preparation conducted international user interviews with follow up interviews.
Google phone agent interface: Interviewed agents on site, developed concept leading the way for new direction for successful prouduct development. |

PeopleSoft, Inc. was a company that provided Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Financial Management Solutions (FMS), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and customer relationship management (CRM), Enterprise Performance Management software (EPM). PeopleSoft was purchase by Oracle.
As an Interaction Designer I was responsible for visualizing the business owner requirements and prototyping user interaction with documentation. |
